Feb 26^th, 1983: Danang Seafood Import-Export branch was found

March 31^th, 1993: Danang Seaproducts Import-Export Corporation was established according to 242/TS-QĐ by Seafood Ministry.

Jan 01^st,2007: Danang Seaproducts Import-Export Corporation has been officially gone into operation under the form of Joint Stock company.
